Appalachian Center for Hope…

Appalachian Center for Hope, Inc. (“ACH”) grew out of community responses to the results of a community Health Assessment conducted in 2017. After meeting monthly to share ideas and learn about ongoing challenges, and advocating for several trauma-informed and recovery initiatives in Smyth County, ACH officially became a non-profit in 2021 to provide a cross-sector response to substance use challenges in Smyth County and greater southwest Virginia.
